LAYLA OLEFS
Co-Founder
Oceans are my first love. I discovered this as a child and have chased that passion ever since, which has lead me to pursue a PhD in biology. My work has not only been scientific in nature. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to solve the many challenges we face as individuals and as a society. This is why I became a life and health coach and started this conversation.
We all have the ability to make a positive impact on the world around us in the realm of our own passions and love. Unfortunately, we are not taught to be powerful, we are taught to fit into a box. I am here to help you discover your power so you can beging your impact journey, live up to your potential and to befriend your fears.
Outside of Conversations by YOU, you can find me befriending my fears, discovering my own blind spots, working on my studies, tackling multiple projects like mangrove restoration or developing environmental impact assessments at White Green Blue -Sustainable You and others. Recently I also embarked on the journey of motherhood which holds many surprises. Unfortunately, those surprises can be disempowering. I come back to Conversations By YOU to find my power and share the empowerment with others.

My life’s work has been interconnected with people, earth, air, water, and sunshine. I love, love, love my kids, husband and nine precious grandchildren. They have my life, and my soul is love and joy. My heart is happy making a difference every day in the lives of others from the board room to the shop floor!
The power and potential that listening has for healing of our minds, untangling our thinking and healing our relationships is a source of miracles.
At Unstoppable Conversations, where I am a delivery partner, we use an ontological model.
We explore the nature of being, our existence and the science of "what is so." When our perception is shifted our understanding of what it means to be human follows. Listening is one of the first steps. Learn more here.
