WHEN I SAY... HEAR
We work within six pods; Listen, Be Empathetic, Be Aware, Befriend Fear, Aligned Action, and Don't Be Perfect. Your discovery journey through each pod will give you some tools to further navigate difficult choices and conversations in your life. Embodying authentic listening, discovery of blind spots and creating space for empathy will transform your relationships. This method has been created based on our collective experiences to help you break free from limiting beliefs and to create the space of self care and self love that is needed to truly make an impact in the world.

The first step to being heard is to listen, to really, authentically listen. What is in the way of your listening?

Be Empathetic
Empathy can be scary because it requires you to be vulnerable but empathy can also be your superpower.

Be Aware
What are some of your triggers that are holding you back? Are you really being your authentic self?

Befriend Fear
Fear is not our enemy, it is trying to protect us, it is a friend. Where is your fear controlling you and where are you friends?

Aligned Action
How much time do you spend on things that feel right, that represent your values and are nurturing you?

Don't Be Perfect
Liberate yourself from the expectations of being perfect. Where can you find joy in being messy, wild and free?
WHAT IS INCLUDED

8 weekly, 2-hour zoom sessions to cover each of the pods and to bring it all together.

Discovery Journal with an activities, affirmation and journaling section for each pod.

Group chat so you can connect with your peers for your weekly discovery calls. The coaches are part of the chat too in case you need some extra support.

Small group size so everyone can share during the zoom sessions.

Introductory zoom session to get to know each other and go over how WISH works.

Optional: you can go on a deep dive of self discovery and choose to spend as much time on everything as you like. We recommend to step outside of your comfort zone while staying mindful that life can be busy.
